Problem Statement

Before coming to us, Groupon Goods was utilizing Salesforce to manage their item master; and excel spreadsheets and email to deal with order management. The vendor contracting, onboarding, product building and order management was all handled manually which resulted in a labor intensive process. At the time, the average number of days to ship an order out to a customer was 12 days.

A continual increase in customer complaints and refunds were preventing them from providing a market-leading customer experience and scaling the business globally.
